Don’t forget to look within!

As Missionaries and church leaders we think of how we help and give aid to people when they are in need.  We usually think in terms of spiritual, and physical needs as we pray for those who are lost in the troubles of life facing the problem of  lacking the means to provide the basics of food, clothes, and shelter.  Sometimes we are unaware of our biggest mountains. The late Micheal Jackson brought the real culprit to our attention with his hit song “The Man in the Mirror.”  Micheal also supported the fact that the man in the mirror is the only one who can change his ways,”  Yes, what we face in life sometimes is the inner self, what Craig Ballantyne refers to as inner demons.  In his Early to Rise article  “Is This Your Life?” Craig stated that  you can win the war against your Inner Demons, overcome your self-limiting beliefs, and get exactly what you want in life.  To do this, you need to harness the power of the four Pillars of Success:  Accountability, Social Support, Incentives and Deadlines.

After spending the past year learning from the trainings of successful network marketers I have come to the point of understanding that I need to trust and believe in someone.   My first directive when seeking help was that I am ready for the first Pillar of Success, Accountability.  I believe that to be true because I have proved my commitment to myself.  One full year of nothing but trial and error, frustration, with little and sometimes not breakthroughs.  Oh yes, there were tears and periods of no activity but I’m still here.  Today…..I began my prayer for the opportunity to be accepted in a program to be accountable.
